To ensure we deliver successful projects every time, we have a strong commitment to the training and development of all our staff. For us, investing in training is considered a core business requirement and our Training Strategy sits at the heart of all we do.
Working closely with sector specific training agencies and local colleges, we have recently received an award for supporting and advancing apprentices within our businesses, helping to build the workforce of the future.
We are leading the field in recruiting adult trainees. We have a number of employees on Accredited Prior Learning Schemes and office based technical apprentices working towards higher education qualifications.
