New Estimator Completes The Team at Shouksmiths’ Sheffield Division

Shouksmiths has announced it has appointed Philip Unwin as its new Estimator, completing the company’s ‘Phase One’ plans for its Sheffield Division. Philip brings with him 33 years experience of the building services sector within the South Yorkshire area and will be providing an estimating service and design support for the company’s clients.
Since the move to new premises on the City’s Shepcote Business Park in 2006, and the appointment of a new team to run the Sheffield Division, the company has gone from strength to strength. According to Divisional Director Keith Bradley, the appointment of Philip is the final piece in the jigsaw and enables the Sheffield Division to offer an enhanced in-house service and level of expertise to meet its client’s needs.
Keith Bradley said: “The success of our projects for decent homes and apartments has increased the demand for our services in this area, but we are also working hard to extend our penetration in other sectors including offices, warehouses and social housing. Philip’s skills and knowledge will greatly assist us in developing relationships with clients in these areas and I am confident that his appointment will be of great benefit to the company.”
