Demand for decent homes projects continues

Shouksmiths' Sheffield Division is currently working on another decent homes project with Connaught Partnerships Ltd., this time for Affinity Sutton, one of the country's largest providers of affordable housing, in the Hillsborough area of Sheffield.
The work in Sheffield is planned to be completed by March 2010, and comprises surveying 250 properties and updating them with new plumbing and electrics, using new high efficiency gas boilers and controls.
Keith Bradley, Shouksmiths' Sheffield Divisional Director said: "We have an excellent working relationship with Connaught Partnerships and a successful track record of working on decent homes projects together. The focus, as always, is on client and tenant satisfaction, and we are pleased to say the work is progressing very much to plan!"
