This 80 bedroom extra care scheme developed by Sanctuary Group is at a site known as Roman Ridge, Sheffield. The building services contract, valued at £800,000, included the installation of an energy efficient biomass boiler which provides 20% of the required heat in the building.
In addition to the boiler, Shouksmiths also installed under floor heating throughout the whole of the building, another energy efficient feature.
