Morfitts and Shouksmiths’ North West Division delivered a ‘complete package’ solution to this 133 bedroom 4 star hotel.
Morfitts’ £1.6 million design and build M&E package provided services, including a heating and cooling installation, which is assisted by a ground source heat pump that contributes 80kw to the overall system. This installation was selected at the request of the client, Neptune Developments, as part of their commitment to using environmentally sustainable solutions and renewable energy whenever possible.
