This 15 storey, mixed use inner city living development in Sheffield comprises 132 new, high specification apartments, four floors of offices, three levels of car park below ground level and over 40,000 sq. ft. of space for bars, restaurants and shops.
Developed by local firm, Velocity Living Ltd., working together Shouksmiths and Morfitts provided the £1.8 million mechanical, electrical and plumbing services package for the project to the apartments, together with smoke ventilation to the car park.
