A pioneering new residential scheme in the centre of Leeds, with 277 high specification apartments over nine floors, Manor Mills was a joint development between K W Linfoot plc and the world-renowned residential designer, YOO.
Working together to provide a ‘complete package’ solution for the client, Shouksmiths and Morfitts delivered a £2.4 million building services contract which included the installation of over 300 prefabricated bathroom pods.
