York Division are currently delivering a £1.3 million contract for the full mechanical, electrical and ventilation work at the new £29 million Birch Park project in York, for builders Rok. The project, launched by leading developer Urban i, is located close to the city centre and will comprise 193 apartments and houses built around a public square, with courtyards and communal gardens.
