Following the successful completion of a previous project for Unite and Carillion, Shouksmiths were the preferred M&E contractor for the follow on contract to design and install the ‘Complete Package’ of building services at Concept House. The 391 bed property comprises en-suite bedrooms, all with fully fitted kitchens and lounge areas, plus laundry, internet and storage facilities.
Using the same site team, Shouksmiths delivered the project with Morfitts, who installed all the electrical elements of
the works.
