UNITE, the UK’s largest provider of student hospitality and accommodation developed this 391 bed property located on Park Lane offering students in Leeds safe, secure and high quality accommodation. Due to the successful completion of a previous project, The Plaza, for the same client, Shouksmiths were the preferred M&E contractor for the £2 million follow on contract to design and install the ‘complete package’ of building services at Concept House.
