Offering the full range of mechanical and electrical services, we have a wealth of in-house technical skills and knowledge to provide the most effective building services solution for you, and have a solid reputation for advising our clients on the best sustainable systems for their particular requirements.
Our Design facility is provided by fully trained and accredited engineers and technicians, all suitably qualified in their discipline. The design teams are supported by industry standard computerised programmes for systems design, load modelling, life cycle costing and other relevant functions.
We also offer a number of Specialist Services, including lead work, copper work and stainless steel. Working on projects including York Minster, Temple Newsam, York Guildhall and countless churches and stately homes, the company’s specialist skills can be seen across Yorkshire and beyond.
